ProCare – What does it cost?
ProCare is an all inclusive package covering technical support, software support, proactive remote monitoring and on site support.
The service also includes hardware repairs, loan equipment and replacement parts (excluding consumable items).
You can choose from 3 options:
- Option 1 - server cover only.
- Option 2 - server plus networking equipment.
- Option 3 - server plus networking and desktop* equipment.
* Desktop equipment refers to PC’s and laptops only.
All prices are exclusive of VAT
All services are invoiced quarterly in advance.
